They measure 55 x 215mm (2.2 x 8.5 inches) and comprise twelve detachable bookmarks.  The calendar is in 7 Languages (English, Italian, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Japanese). The bookmarks are details from the twelve Hopper paintings shown on the back.

The artist -

Edward Hopper (1882 - 1967) was a prominent American realist painter and printmaker. While he was most popularly known for his oil paintings, he was equally proficient as a watercolourist and printmaker in etching. Both in his urban and rural scenes, his spare and finely calculated renderings reflected his personal vision of modern American life.
