Jessie Willcox Smith (1888–1960), is one of the America’s best-loved illustrators. Jessie left a legacy of delightful illustrations that continue to capture the hearts of adults and children alike. A prolific book and magazine illustrator of the early twentieth century, she illustrated every cover of Good Housekeeping for over fifteen years in the period between World War I and II.
