If you include other items in your calendar or diary order - they will be sent with the pre-order item(s) when they arrive.
International customers please be aware that some of the larger (and heavier) calendars are only priced for delivery within Australia and there may be a postage surcharge to have them sent overseas, plus you will be responsible for any import charges which may be levied in your country.
