Shipping policy

We use Australia Post for all our shipping and for orders being delivered within Australia we charge a flat rate per order regardless of its size.

• $9.99 postage and handling fee applies to all Australian orders up to $94.99 in value. Orders of $95 or more are sent free of charge, within Australia only.
• EXPRESS POST OPTION - you can add the optional 'product' Express Postage to your order or contact us for an accurate quote based upon the exact size of the order. Go to  http://paperparrot.com.au/products/express-postage   (note - this is only available for orders within Australia) 
  
• INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - Paper Parrot currently ships to New Zealand, Asia and North America, most of Europe and the UK using Australia Post. For other destinations please contact us first for more information.  Orders for some items may not be available to ship outside Australia and other items such as large calendars, may be subject to an extra postage charge because of their size and weight.
